What should I check before selecting boxes during checkout?

Distinguish required purchase conditions from optional communication preferences. Check that your selections remain correct after the page refreshes.

How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?

Do not submit a fresh order solely to obtain a new reference. Retain the recovered confirmation in a place you can locate later.

What should I check if a familiar product has a new name or version?

Check whether older customer reviews refer to a different version. Check whether existing related items or arrangements remain suitable when that matters.
